In my opinion, before I wrote the recipes, I should write about Measurements.
The recipes in this web-site were developed using a tablespoon
measure of 20 ml. In some other countries the tablespoon is 15 ml. For
most recipes this difference will not be noticeable but, for recipes
using baking powder, small amounts of flour and cornflour, I suggest
that, if you are using the smaller tablespoon, you add an extra teaspoon
for each tablespoon.
I will attempt to write the weighing scales will obviously give you
more accurate measurements, but many people find it very convenient to
use cup measurements (at least so I am told). Furthermore, you can
purchase special measuring cups in the supermarket or use an ordinary
household cup: First you need to check it holds 250 ml (8 fl oz) by filling it with water and measuring the water, pour it into a measuring jug or even an empty yoghurt carton. This cup can then be used for both liquid and dry cup measurements.
Below I attached photos of the measurements, I hope them will be useful for you.
